Unpivot dialog box
This dialog box appears when the Unpivot command is selected.
Attribute name text box
Enter the label to be used for the attribute column on the first row.
Value name text box
Enter the label to be used for the value column on the first row.
Column list box
Selects the columns of the CSV document to unpivot.
Header drop-down list box
Specifies the number of rows used as the header.
Footer drop-down list box
Specifies the number of rows used as the footer.
